Lorenzo is a key partner of Euromerger, as well as board member of euroMerger Italia. He has matured more than twelve years’ experience in originating, managing and supervising M&A transaction, also cross border with a specific focus on “Industrial & Automation”, “Chemical & Healthcare” and “Fashion & Retail” sectors. Lorenzo is occasionally co-investors and member of the Board of Directors in some small-medium Italian companies. Before joining Euromerger with increasing responsibility role, Lorenzo worked in international investment banks (Alantra-N+1) and advisory firms (Ethica Corporate Finance), also abroad (C&A in Shanghai). Lorenzo holds a master of science degree in Bocconi University, during this experience he had the opportunity to do some specific researches on innovation and sustainability applied to industries thanks to workshops, courses and exams attended at UCLA-Los Angeles (USA) and Keyo University of Tokyo (Japan).
